Round Table Group - AA Meetings In Lavonia GA

The Lavonia Group was founded February 5th 1987 by Scut M, Guy M, and James C. Other early members were Bill D, Bill l, Mike G, Susan B, Andy P, and Tommy M. The group still meets at the same time and place as at first, a 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Livonia train depot now the Chamber of Commerce building there are approximately 15 home group members.

As from the beginning, the meeting is a closed discussion. Al-Anon group began at the same date and it still active. For a couple of years, there was a small but steady 12 and 12 study group at 7 pm.

Every fourth of July Scut M. Hosts a wiener roast / covered-dish picnic at his estate. With members of neighboring groups also invited, usually 100 to 150 folks are in attendance.
